Step 1: Prepare the Misal Curry
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell goes away.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add turmeric, red chili powder, misal masala, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add sprouted moth beans, salt, and 2 cups of water. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
